Thomas Sharkey - President
Tom Sharkey is a lifelong resident of Elizabeth Township and currently serves as President of the Elizabeth Forward School Board. A 1993 graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School, Tom was his class valedictorian and attended the University of Pittsburgh, receiving his Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 1998.
In 2014, Tom ran for the EF School Board to give back to the district and community he has called home his entire life. He was elected to the board in 2015 and has served as board president since 2017. Over the past 10 years, he has worked diligently to improve the financial situation of the district by improving tax collection rates and ensuring the district has a positive fund balance. He has also committed to addressing the aging infrastructure that had been neglected for decades.
Scott Henry - Treasurer
Scott Henry is a Munhall native who attended Steel Valley High School. Scott is a 1998 graduate from West Virginia University with a Bachelors degree in Journalism. Scott is an award-winning public relations professional for Burson, a global PR firm. Scott and his family moved to Elizabeth Township in 2013 specifically for the school district and its reputation. Scott was elected to the Elizabeth Forward School Board in 2019 and currently serves as the board secretary.
